Workshops & Seminars
At Kathryn's workshops - penny's drop, light bulbs turn on, and you will leave brimming with ideas and enthusiasm.

In approaching any remuneration discussions it is important that recognition be given to your ability to create and produce great ideas, products and services that deliver extraordinary results.

So how much does a job cost? There are four main components:

  1. Intellectual property
  2. Supplies- direct costs
  3. Overheads and time
  4. Profit

Although hourly rates are a common method of fee calculation – it is crazy to place a cap on your income by time unit billing. There will never be enough hours or an acceptable rate high enough to dramatically improve your income.

This seminar will explore 10 alternative modes of remuneration, incorporating pitch costs, productivity levels, and associated invoicing and payment terms.

I didn’t expect to be INSPIRED, to be bold in my negotiations, or learn how to develop the backup stories to support the numbers. “Show Me The Money!” is filled with real examples, and delivered in an entertaining style as Kathryn builds clarity and understanding of complex subjects. – so now I understand it and I can do it too!

"Show me the Money" is such a relevant and useful course with detailed and wide ranging content. And an excitement forum for the exchange of ideas from other participants.
I have been in advertising for over 30 years and yet still I learnt many valuable tactics, procedures and operational pointers for all of which I have I've put to good use.

I had a number of 'eureka' moments at "Show Me The Money" workshop, and I'm already using some of the learnings within Porter Novelli.
