This project includes:

• Review of sales - percentage of income, from which clients, highest margin,
• 3rd party costs - can we negotiate volume discounts? Should we consider hiring a staff member rather than outsourcing?

• Advice on which reports you and your team should be reviewing, to ensure that you have access to essential financial information to enable you to make the right decisions.

If you are using MYOB: there is a fixed fee of $4K + GST which includes: the review and analysis of your MYOB data file, results, preparation of an MYOB diagnostic report, a Chief Financial Officer report with action points, and one onsite meeting to discuss findings, recommendations and next steps. There may be an additional charge if you are also running alternative software in addition to MYOB (eg: traffic, time sheet modules).

The budget is the backbone of every successful business, using Castaway budget-specific software, Kathryn’s Mint will work with you and your team to:

• Design and build your budget for the year/s ahead.
• Map your budget to your accounts package layout, to facilitate ease of comparison against actual results.
• Review and analyse sales targets, cost options, and profit level scenarios.

The fixed for this project is $6K and includes: design of the budget, preparation of your profit and loss, cash flow forecast, including three x 1 hour onsite meetings to review and discuss the intricacies.

Half year re-forecast project $4K + GST

Kathryn’s Mint can work with you to:

• Create a ‘Sales Pipeline and Prospects Strategy’.
• Proactively facilitate your new business team to identify target prospects and secure new clients.
• Provide you with best practice industry standard agency/client contracts: Non-Disclosure Agreement, Letter Of Agreement, Business Terms and Conditions, Letter Of Intent, Memorandum Of Understanding, Service Level Agreement.
• Liaise with your clients to ensure that you have an executed agreement and paid commencement fee.

New business and sales consultation - hourly rate of $300 + GST

Client negotiations - hourly rate of $500 + GST

Following completion of the annual budget process - Kathryn’s Mint will:

• Build your rate card - an hourly rate for each employee, factoring in annual leave, new staff, and non-billable time.
• Prepare comparatives of industry benchmarks, to provide you with confidence that your rates are justified.

The fixed fee for this project is $3K + GST

Implementing a time recording system will enhance your overall understanding of how long you spend on the various aspects of running your business (business development, admin, pitching, research etc), and identify which clients are truly profitable and which are not.

With a raft of experience and product knowledge, Kathryn’s Mint will:

• Step 1 in managing time is to develop a capacity plan
• Step 2 is to record time (Kathryn's Mint will assist you to select and implement a time management system (utilising software which you may already have eg: MYOB, or selecting from some free web service providers and/or others) which will be perfect for your business.
• Step 3 is to review and action time report results - under/over servicing solutions

Hourly rate of $300 + GST

Kathryn’s Mint will:

• Oversee your bookkeepers’ data entry and preparatioin of time sheet data, monthly results against budget and prior year, client profitability reports.
• Facilitate a 2 hour senior management meeting to discuss results and necessary action to address: issues, client billing methods, review client estimates and pricing, focus on new business activity, benchmarks and financial considerations for the quarter ahead.
• As a retainer client, you will receive preferential access to Kathryn, and quick turnaround on all jobs.

Minimum monthly retainer of $4,000 + GST

Capture your vision for the years ahead, and provide step by step plan of your mission, helping you and your team to identify exactly what needs to be done, by whom, by when, and how you will keep momentum going, via continuous hot group meetings, and agreeing Key Performance Indicators.
