• Check and provide confidence that you are meeting your tax compliance obligations.
• Provide access at the press of a button to key financial information and reports to enable better decisions.

If you are using MYOB: there is a fixed fee of $2.5K + GST which includes: the review, diagnostic report with action points, and one onsite meeting to discuss findings, recommendations and next steps.

The budget is the backbone of every successful business, using Sage WinForecast software, Kathryn’s Mint will work with you and your team to:

• Design and build your budget for the year/s ahead.
• Map your budget to your accounts package layout, to facilitate ease of comparison against actual results.
• Review and analyse sales targets, cost options, and profit level scenarios.

The fixed for this project is $6K and includes: design of the budget, preparation of your profit and loss, cash flow forecast, and three x 1 hour onsite meetings to review and discuss the intricacies. Half year re-forecast project $2K + GST

If you require assistance with your sales strategy, Kathryn’s Mint can work with you to:

• Create a ‘Sales Pipeline and Prospects Strategy’.
• Proactively facilitate your new business team to identify target prospects and secure new clients.
• Provide you with a letter of agreement, business terms and conditions.
• Liaise with your clients to ensure that you have an executed agreement and paid commencement fee.

Hourly rate of $275 + GST

If you require assistance with your staff policies, Kathryn’s Mint can provide you with:

• Job specification templates.
• Identify, create, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for your team.
• Create a bonus scheme.
• Staff appraisal template.
• Salary package schedules.
• Annual leave and sick leave schedules and routines
• Maternity Leave policy

Hourly rate of $275 + GST

Once the budget process is complete we are then able to calculate your hourly rates for the year ahead, Kathryn’s Mint will:

• Build your rate card, factoring in annual leave, new business, and non-billable time.
• Prepare comparatives of industry benchmarks for your consideration.

The fixed fee for this project is $2K + GST

If you are a service based business, you will know that your time management is crucial. Implementing a time recording system will enhance your overall understanding of how long you spend on the various aspects of running your business (business development, admin, pitching, research etc), and identify which clients are truly profitable and which are not. With a raft of experience and product knowledge, Kathryn’s Mint will:

• Assist you to select and implement a time management system (utilising software which you may already have, MYOB, or selecting from some free web service providers and/or others) which will be perfect for your business.

Hourly rate of $275 + GST

A monthly finance meeting is the routine which sees businesses move from survival to growth mode. Kathryn’s Mint will:

• Oversee your bookkeepers’ data entry, collate time sheet data, and prepare monthly results against budget and prior year, and client profitability reports.
• Attend and facilitate a 2 hour onsite senior management meeting to discuss results and necessary action to address: issues, client billing methods, review client estimates and pricing, focus on new business activity, and financial considerations for the month/ quarter ahead.
• As a retainer client, you will receive preferential access to Kathryn, and quick turnaround on all jobs.
